These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of sharemyagent.com (the "Service"), operated by sharemyagent.com ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. User-Submitted Content

The Service allows you to submit configuration files, descriptions, and other content ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you represent that:

  • You own or have the necessary rights to submit the content.
  • The content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
  • The content does not contain malicious code, scripts, or exploits.
  • The content does not violate any applicable law or regulation.

By submitting User Content, you grant sharemyagent.com a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, distribute, and promote your content on the Service. You retain ownership of your content.

4. Content Moderation

All submitted files are reviewed by our administrators before becoming publicly visible. We reserve the right to reject, remove, or modify any User Content at our sole discretion, including content that we determine to be:

  • Spam, misleading, or fraudulent.
  • Harmful, offensive, or in violation of these Terms.
  • Containing credentials, API keys, or sensitive personal data.
  • Violating the intellectual property rights of any third party.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to distribute malware, phishing content, or other harmful materials.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Scrape or harvest the Service in a manner that places undue load on our servers.
  • Create multiple accounts to circumvent moderation or voting restrictions.
  • Use automated bots to artificially inflate vote counts.
  • Harass, impersonate, or threaten other users.

6. Intellectual Property

The sharemyagent.com name, logo, and website design are the property of sharemyagent.com. User Content remains the property of its respective authors. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property.

Configuration files shared on the Service (such as CLAUDE.md and AGENTS.md files) are shared for community benefit. Unless a specific licence is stated within the file, you should assume the author retains all rights and contact them before incorporating the content into a commercial product.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service may contain links to or integrations with third-party services (such as GitHub or Google OAuth). We are not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party service. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Configuration files on the Service are user-generated. We make no representations about their accuracy, safety, or suitability for any particular purpose. Use them at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SHAREMYAGENT.COM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED $100 USD.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless sharemyagent.com and its officers, employees, and agents from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time via the My Account page. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Content you have submitted may remain on the Service at our discretion.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users by email or by posting a notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware.
